Gender inequality refers to persons being treated or perceived differently depending on their gender. It is reflected and shown in many aspects of our existence. In certain nations, gender inequality and the accompanying discrimination on the basis of sex are widely noticed, acknowledged, and even justified. Despite governmental initiatives aimed at eliminating gender discrimination, gender disparity persists. The patriarchal system and its ideals are at the basis of most sorts of discrimination against women. The purpose of this article is to investigate the nature and degree of gender disparity in many aspects of life. The study's major goals are to examine women's influence in various professions and to come up with potential remedies to this problem. The research is based on the findings of a survey conducted in Kazakhstan. The study's findings revealed that males in Kazakhstan continue to prejudice against women. Progress toward gender equality is seen to necessitate women's empowerment, which will result in observable improvements in gender relations.
