The state of businesses in Kazakhstan has always been a vital issue since the independence of the country. However, entrepreneurship is still improving in the country, so there are somewhat obstacles that freeze the development process of businesses. The aim of this study is to identify and find these challenges, and therefore tackle them in appropriate ways. For this reason, a quantitative method as a survey was used. Actually, the survey was online and entrepreneurs of the country were welcomed to take part. The data collection analysis showed that most businessmen in the country had a lack of business education, poor organization, and soft skills. Moreover, there was a presence of corruption and administrative barriers. This suggests that creating business courses, hiring assisting experts, and avoiding corruption should be involved in the business environment in order to maintain the circumstances.
