The project work about bullying in Kazakhstan and how to solve these problem. There are four types of consequences of bullying: physical illness, low psychological well-being, psychological distress and poor social adjustment. In the most extreme case, bullying leads to suicide or cruel, sometimes murderous revenge on the part of the victim. Based on research, constant pressure and bullying can lead to and exacerbate feelings of anxiety and antisocialization, which can be the cause of suicide. Victims experience difficulties with health and academic performance, are three times more likely than their peers to have symptoms of anxiety-depressive disorders, apathy, headaches and enuresis, and commit suicide attempts.
To reduce the amount of bullying in schools, it is necessary to act together, teachers with psychologists, and parents should participate in the school life of the child. Parents should talk about bullying and show children the right way at home. Teachers should maintain the friendliest atmosphere in the classroom so that children work together and do not deprive anyone. Psychologists should conduct lessons with the class to get to know the atmosphere between students, as well as, if necessary, talk to the student alone. Only then will we be able to stop this problem. In addition, it will be better for everyone if the state takes legislative measures in this regard.
