This research paper evaluates positive and negative influence of the media on smoking among adolescents. These days, cases of smoking among adolescents and children, in particular in schools, are becoming more frequent. To prevent the growth of this problem in our country, it is needed to find out the reasons and consequences of tobacco abuse among teenagers in accordance with the principles of the SDGs. The information was gathered using survey method (52 participants).In the course of the study, it was concluded that social media have a relatively poor influence on the behaviour and attitudes of adolescents towards smoking. This problem needs to be addressed in the near future and the best solution will be the same, using the media. But doing it the other way, use social media to inform and prevent adolescents and the harm of products such as e-cigarettes
