With contemporary requirements of society, social media, new trends, and common unhealthy normalizations and standards can be traumatizing for many teenagers. The main problem described is the impact of social media on teenagers. Notably, on their confidence, thus physical and mental health. According to several researches trend in low self-esteem was noticed in social media users. As a result, serious health risks can develop in children, such as diseases associated with the digestive system. Also, the research includes social media's effects on tendencies in hustle culture among teens. Hustle culture is a life of a masochistic work-ethic pattern, which leads to the loss of self-care alongside the process. The research investigates its distribution among teenagers and attempts to find out reasons and possible solutions to the problem
