K. Zh. Tokaev noted that students should be fluent in at least three languages: Kazakh, Russian and English. At the same time, noting that it will not be easy to talk about the true competitiveness of the nation until you fully speak English, students in all schools have the opportunity to study three languages.
This article is aimed at identifying methods for developing students ' oral speech skills, which are important for building the path of development of Kazakhstan. Features and essence of teaching a foreign language, methods of effective teaching of speech skills are presented. And in the process of teaching students English, the definition of dialogic learning technology is given. It covers the issues of formation of speech style, increasing students ' interest in the subject of the English language and ways to influence students through effective methods of speaking English.
