This study examines how ozone depletion affects the environment. The data gathered from secondary sources was deemed suitable for providing context for the issue. The introductory and literature review parts utilised all of this information. But because this specific topic is based on actual life experience, there are a lot of reliable resources available. It was necessary to use the primary source data. The survey itself consists of seven different types of questions, including multiple-choice, grading scale, and text response questions. Through our corporate school mail system, Outlook, I built the survey on the Google Forms platform and sent it to educators and students. In generall 49 respondents were involved in this survey in the period of 27 february till 2 march.
The reason for choosing this audience
The next stage was to gather data using a quantitative approach by surveying Kazakhstani citizens. Students were selected as the primary survey respondents because they were the ones most likely to experience the negative effects of the ozone layer destruction. According to the Department of Information Technology, unregulated sun exposure among students most frequently results in a phototoxic reaction, or sunburn, which is an acute skin inflammation brought on by exposure to ultraviolet light, either natural or artificial. I chose this specific audience because of the specified
factors that affect the student's health.(IT Department, 2011)
Reason for choosing
I chose not to employ the interview strategy for a variety of reasons. Initially, anonymity. The responder can choose to remain anonymous in an online or print survey, allowing them to speak freely without being concerned about what the interviewer might think. In personal interview surveys, the interviewer almost always has access to the respondent's personal information. It is simpler to obtain real survey data and make informed judgments based on the analysis's conclusions. A graphic graph showing the results was automatically developed by the website poll's creator as well. By reading the provided summary, you can rapidly identify overarching trends without wasting time analyzing each interview response. Despite this, a few of the responses allowed me to look at the problem from unexpected angles.Anonymity. Limitations
I have encountered a number of problems when conducting survey, because there are some errors in any data collection. Student surveys suffer from two main issues: Few students take part, and opinions are frequently too broad to provide information on the particular difficulties they encounter. In general, too many inaccuracies are produced through student surveys.
Customer Thermometer's research revealed that only 9% of people respond to lengthy questionnaires. (Advantages & Disadvantages of Online Surveys - ProProfs, 2021). Yes, surveys may become tedious, particularly ones with open-ended questions that demand thoughtful and indepth thought. Long surveys can require more than 15 minutes to complete. It causes respondents to get mentally exhausted, which can lead to dishonest answers or, worse yet, survey dropouts. This demonstrates unequivocally that lengthy surveys or pointless questions are a substantial drawback, a key factor in customers disliking the entire process and frequently abandoning the survey in the middle.
